Since 2008, the Beauty of Help Foundation has been working to improve the lives of older people, support organisations that help them and encourage society to think differently about ageing.

We want older people to be seen as valued members of society, with their own experiences, needs, wishes and potential. Ageing should not mean losing dignity, independence or the opportunity to take part in community life.

Through our grant-making activities, we support non-profit organisations working to improve the lives of older people. We help initiatives that promote dignity, strengthen support in communities and enable older people to remain at home for as long as possible, whenever this is right for them.

Our Golden Job programme, known in Czech as Zlatá práce, focuses on people aged 50 and over and their opportunities in the labour market. We want to help change attitudes towards older employees and highlight the value of experience, reliability and skills gained over a lifetime.
